RETURNS
Surfboard Signs customers receive a 30 day return policy. All returns must be in original packaging. You
must email or call us for a Return Authorization Number prior to sending your
package back. This helps us to process your request promptly upon receiving it.
Products must be received in original condition to be eligible for a refund. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do
not reimburse for shipping charges. Products damaged during shipping by the shpping agent are not the responsibility of SurfboardSigns.com.
Orders refused at shipping for any reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all
shipping fees.
TAX
Sales taxes are charged only for shipments to Florida addresses and charged at
the prevailing rate.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Your order will be shipped UPS or USPS. Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days, some items may take 2-3 weeks to ship.
FEES
There is a $2.00 minimum handling fee per package.
